Season Pass FAQ's

  • How do I purchase a season pass?

The best way to purchase your pass is online. You will be required to create an account with a unique password. Your online account will allow you to purchase products, book lessons, upload pass photos, and load money to your pass for on-mountain purchases. If you have questions or would prefer to purchase over the phone, please call 509-238-2220 or email guestservices@mtspokane.com.

  • Where do I sign a Liability Waiver?

An online liability waiver must be signed online prior to pass distribution. Parents must sign for children under 18. Each adult must sign individually. You may also sign a waiver at a pass pick-up event or at the mountain on your first day of skiing. Your pass will not be printed until your waiver is signed.

  • When do I get my pass?

We have pass pick-up events through October. Watch for fun in-person pass pick-up events both in town and on the mountain. In order for us to print and distribute your pass, your account must be complete with a digital photo and a signed Release of Liability Waiver. If we don't see you at an in-person pick-up event, we'll mail your pass in November or see you at the mountain when the season opens.

  • How do I qualify for the College/Military Season Pass?

A College Pass is available to full-time students (currently taking 12 undergraduate or 8 graduate credits). You must present proof of your current credits when picking up your College Pass along with your current student I.D. card.
