FAQs

IMPORTANT! Before booking tickets or using our tubing hill read our policy for important information about purchases, refunds, road closures, hill access and more.

  • TICKETS & WAIVERS

Please make sure to book your snow tubing experience online ahead of time. Walk-up purchases are not allowed, as sessions tend to sell out in advance. Each session lasts 90 minutes, providing ample opportunity for everyone to relish the excitement. Sessions will be offered not only during the holidays but also on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays throughout the winter. Please note that tubing will be unavailable on select days when Ski Race Competitions are held due to parking constraints.

  • ARRIVAL & LOCATION

The snow tubing hill can be found at Mt. Spokane Ski & Snowboard Park at Lodge 1, which is the first lodge you'll encounter upon your arrival at the Ski & Snowboard Park. Inside the lodge (upstairs), you'll check in and collect your pre-booked tickets. After checking in, simply cross the street to reach the entrance of the Tubing Hill. We encourage guests to arrive 45 minutes to one hour before their tubing session. Early arrival gives ample time to check in and prepare for fun!

  • WHAT TO WEAR

When snow tubing, it's important to dress appropriately for comfort and safety. Wear a warm, waterproof jacket and insulated snow pants. Choose waterproof snow boots, and don’t forget gloves or mittens and a warm hat. It's also a good idea to consider wearing a helmet for protection. Prioritize layering to keep warm and dry, and avoid cotton clothing, as it absorbs moisture and can make you feel colder when wet.

  • REFUNDS

There are no refunds for tubing tickets but we are happy to change dates subject to availability. Changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to tubing session. If Mt. Spokane Ski & Snowboard Park cancels your tubing session for any reason, your tickets will be refunded or credited to a future booking.

  • AGES & RESTRICTIONS

Snow tubing is fun for all ages, so we do not have any age restrictions. However, we do not recommend children under the age of three years old. The decision to take a child under the age of three tubing is up to the parent(s). Children 42” and younger must ride with an adult or on a smaller tube. Riding double is otherwise prohibited.

  • EQUIPMENT & SLEDS

Personal sledding devices are not allowed at anywhere at Mt. Spokane Ski & Snowboard Park, including our Tubing Park, for liability reasons. The cost of admission includes use of our professional grade recreational tubes, our machine groomed tubing hill, and our surface tows which bring you back up the hill. Do not bring sleds, saucers, tubes, or any other devices to the mountain.

No hardshell ski boots are allowed on tubes.

  • ALCOHOL & OTHER SUBSTANCES

Avoid snow tubing if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please note that marijuana is prohibited in Washington State Parks. State Park Rangers will ask anyone found in possession of illegal substances, as well as minors with alcohol, to leave the area. Consumption of alcohol is not permitted on the tubing hill for individuals of any age. Adults aged 21 and over will receive a warning, and any further infractions will lead to their removal from the premises. While beer and wine can be purchased and enjoyed in Lodge 1, they are not allowed to be taken outside the facility.

  • PET POLICY

We love pets but they are not allowed at Tubing Park or in the Lodges. Pets must remain in vehicle. They are allowed on leash in the parking lot only.

  • ROADS & CLOSURES

The tubing area is a winter snow tubing operation and rarely closes due to weather. If we do not have snow or if conditions on our hill are dangerous, we do not operate. We recommend traction tires, chains, and/or AWD to travel to Mt. Spokane Ski & Snowboard Park
