Mt. Spokane allows uphill ski access with a valid season Uphill Ski Season Pass. Fees paid for uphill access allows Mt. Spokane Ski & Snowboard Park to provide services such as grooming, run maintenance, safety services, and further development of the mountain.
An Uphill Pass allows access to the designated Uphill Routes during approved times. An Uphill Season Pass does not have chairlift benefits. Uphill Pass Includes Early Hours Parking Pass.
Those with a current
Downhill Winter Season Pass, do not need to purchase an Uphill Season Pass and are welcome to use the Uphill Routes. Visit Guest Services for an Early Hours Parking Permit.
VERY IMPORTANT! Never begin traveling uphill before 7:15am. State Park opens at 7am and does not permit skier vehicle traffic prior to that time. Downhill skiing is limited to uphill routes only before 9am (Teakettle/B29/Jim's Gem). Winch snowcats in use until 9am. Winch cables are deadly to downhill skiers.
Roadways at Mt. Spokane are cleared by the Washington State Parks. Abiding by parking guidelines allows access for necessary snow clearing.
Starting at Lodge 1 stay left on Hourglass. Turn left onto B-29 catrack. Stay left and travel along Teakettle to the summit.
Use this short route to return back to Lodge 1 from Lodge 2.
Stay right along Big Timber to Jim’s Gem, continuing to the summit along Yellowbrick Road.
Thank you for contacting Mt. Spokane Ski & Snowboard Park. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
